DEBIT MEMORANDA. (a) Unless Secured Party otherwise notifies Debtor in writing, Debtor shall deliver at least weekly to Secured Party, together with the schedule of Receivables provided for in Item 17 of the Schedule, copies of all debit memoranda issued by Debtor.
