Common use of Debentureholders' Lists Clause in Contracts

Debentureholders' Lists. The Company covenants and agrees that it will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee, semiannually, not more than fifteen (15) days after each June 15 and December 15 in each year beginning with January 1, 1997, and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, within thirty (30) days after receipt by the Company of any such request, a list in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require of the names and addresses of the holders of Debentures as of a date not more than fifteen days prior to the time such information is furnished, except that no such list need be furnished so long as the Trustee is acting as Debenture registrar.
