Debenture Subscription. 4.4.1. The Debenture shall be subscribed at the Unit Principal Amount as of the Issue Date.
4.4.2. The subscription of the Debenture shall be made by means of the Subscription Bulletin.
Debenture Subscription. The Subscriber irrevocably subscribes for and agrees to purchase from the Corporation, Debentures, as part of an offering of Debentures (the “Private Placement”), for the Aggregate Subscription Amount set out above in the Subscription Sheet above. The Debentures are convertible at the option of the holder into Common Shares at a conversion price of $0.05 per Common Share and one Warrant for each US$0.05 of the Aggregate Subscription Amount.
