Debenture Payments Sample Clauses

Debenture Payments. The Company agrees that, so long as a Purchaser ------------------ shall hold any Debentures, it will make payments of principal and interest on any Debenture held by such Purchaser not later than 2:00 p.m., Boston time, on the date such payment is due, in immediately available funds, by credit to the Purchaser's account, as specified in Schedule 1.1 hereto, or such other account or accounts as the ------------ Purchaser may designate in writing, notwithstanding any contrary provision contained herein or any Debenture with respect to the place of payment. Each Purchaser agrees that, before disposing of any Debenture, it or its nominee will make a notation thereon of all principal payments previously paid thereon and of the date to which interest thereon has been paid, and will notify the Company of the name and address of the transferee of such Debenture. At the election of any subsequent holder of any Debenture which has made the same agreements relating to such Debenture as the Purchaser has made in this paragraph 11.1, the Company will make payments of principal and interest to the account of such successor holder in the same manner as set forth above.
