AbbVie may terminate this Agreement immediately upon providing notice in the event any employee or agent of Company becomes or is the subject of a CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT HAS BEEN REQUESTED AS TO CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THIS DOCUMENT. EACH SUCH PORTION, WHICH HAS BEEN OMITTED HEREIN AND REPLACED WITH AN ASTERISK ***, HAS BEEN FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION proceeding that could lead to such person becoming a Debarred Individual in accordance with Section 6.2.
