Deauthorization Sample Clauses

Deauthorization. Company may elect, at any time, to terminate any Authorized Customer’s access to its attested assessment, at which point the Authorized Customer shall become a “Deauthorized Customer” and consequently will no longer be granted access to the same.
Deauthorization. The portions of the project for naviga- tion, Essex River, Massachusetts, authorized by the Act of July 13, 1892 (27 Stat. 88, chapter 158), and modified by the Act of March 3, 1899 (30 Stat. 1121, chapter 425), and the Act of March 2, 1907 (34 Stat. 1073, chapter 2509), that do not lie within the areas described in subsection (b) are no longer authorized beginning on the date of enactment of this Act.
Deauthorization. Vendor may elect, at any time, to terminate any Authorized Customer’s access to the Assessments, at which point the Authorized Customer shall become a “Deauthorized Customer.” While CyberGRX will prohibit Deauthorized Customers from accessing the Assessments through the Platform from the date of deauthorization forward, a Deauthorized Customer has the right to retain any Assessment that such customer downloaded while it was an Authorized Customer.

  • Clean Air Act For all contracts in excess of $100,000, both parties hereby agree to comply with all applicable standards, orders or requirements issued under section 306 of the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 1857(h), Section 508 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S.C. 1368), Executive Order 11738, and Environmental Protection MPHA regulations (40 CFR Part 15).

  • National Environmental Policy Act All subrecipients must comply with the requirements of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) 42 U.S.C. 4321 et seq., and the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) Regulations (40 C.F.R. Parts 1500-1508) for Implementing the Procedural Provisions of NEPA, which requires Subrecipients to use all practicable means within their authority, and consistent with other essential considerations of national policy, to create and maintain conditions under which people and nature can exist in productive harmony and fulfill the social, economic, and other needs of present and future generations of Americans.
