Deauthorization. Company may elect, at any time, to terminate any Authorized Customer’s access to its attested assessment, at which point the Authorized Customer shall become a “Deauthorized Customer” and consequently will no longer be granted access to the same.
Deauthorization. The portions of the project for naviga- tion, Essex River, Massachusetts, authorized by the Act of July 13, 1892 (27 Stat. 88, chapter 158), and modified by the Act of March 3, 1899 (30 Stat. 1121, chapter 425), and the Act of March 2, 1907 (34 Stat. 1073, chapter 2509), that do not lie within the areas described in subsection (b) are no longer authorized beginning on the date of enactment of this Act.

Vendor may elect, at any time, to terminate any Authorized Customer’s access to the Assessments, at which point the Authorized Customer shall become a “Deauthorized Customer.” While CyberGRX will prohibit Deauthorized Customers from accessing the Assessments through the Platform from the date of deauthorization forward, a Deauthorized Customer has the right to retain any Assessment that such customer downloaded while it was an Authorized Customer.
