Death or PSU Disability. If the Participant dies or incurs a PSU Disability while employed by the Company or its Subsidiaries prior to the Service Vesting Date, the Participant’s vested Performance Share Units shall be paid within thirty (30) days following the date of the Participant’s death or PSU Disability.
