DEATH OR PERMANENT DISABILITY OF THE EXECUTIVE. The employment term shall terminate without notice and automatically upon the death or Permanent Disability of Executive. Upon the termination of Executive's employment by reason of death or Permanent Disability, the Executive or, in the event of his death, the Executive's Beneficiary shall be entitled to receive the Executive's then current Base Salary through the Effective Date of Termination and incentive compensation determined in accordance with Section 6 (b)(ii) of this Agreement.
