Death or Disabled. If the Executive’s employment terminates due to death or because he is Disabled, then this Agreement shall terminate without further obligations to the Executive or his legal representatives, as applicable, under this Agreement, other than the obligation to pay, within thirty (30) days after the Termination Date, (i) the Accrued Obligations, and (ii) any applicable Prorated Annual Bonus.
