Death or Disability of Grantee. In the event that the Grantee’s relationship with the Company or its Parent or other successor or a Subsidiary as a Service Provider is terminated prior to full vesting of the Restricted Stock Units due to his or her death or Disability, the unvested portion of the Restricted Stock Units subject to this Restricted Stock Unit Award shall be forfeited on the date of the Grantee’s death or Disability, unless otherwise determined by the Administrator.
