Death after RBD. If the Participant's death occurs after his/her RBD (or earlier, if the Participant had commenced an irrevocable annuity pursuant to Section 6.04), the Trustee must distribute the Participant's remaining benefit to the Beneficiary at least as rapidly as under the method in effect for the Participant, determined without regard to the MDIB requirements of Section 6.02(C)(3).
