Dealings with General Partner and Affiliates. The Partnership is authorized to enter into business agreements, contracts and other transactions with the General Partner or any Affiliate of the General Partner and is authorized to pay fees, commissions or other consideration to the General Partner or any Affiliate of the General Partner. Any such other transaction between the Partnership and the General Partner or Affiliates of the General Partner shall be on terms not less favorable to the Partnership than those available from nonaffiliated parties.
