Dealings Between You and Us. 10.1 You agree to promptly provide any instructions to us which we may require. If you do not provide the instructions promptly, we may, in our absolute discretion, take such steps at your cost, as we consider necessary or desirable for our own protection or your protection. This provision is similarly applicable in situations when we are unable to contact you. 10.2 If you are more than one person (for example, joint account holders): a) the liabilities of each such person are joint and several; b) we may act upon instructions received from any one person who is, or appears to us to be, such a person, whether or not such person is an Authorised Person; and c) any notice or other communication provided by us to one such person is deemed to have been provided to all such persons.
