Dealing with Company Sample Clauses

Dealing with Company. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to prevent a Member, or its Affiliates, or entity in which a Member, or its Affiliates, shall have an interest, from dealing with the Company in good faith as vendor, customer or otherwise in a manner not specifically covered by this Agreement, provided the Member or entity shall have given notice of such interest to the Governors, and the Governors designated by the unaffiliated Member shall have approved or ratified such dealing.
