Dealer Program Rules. This Agreement incorporates the Dealer Program Rules attached as Exhibit A ("Dealer Program Rules"). Company shall have the right to amend the Dealer Program Rules (by addition, deletion, and/or modification of any terms) from time to time on thirty (30) days written notice to Dealer, and any such amendment shall be automatically incorporated into this Agreement.
