The Fund and the Underwriter shall provide or make available the Summary Prospectus, Statutory Prospectus, and SAI for the Portfolios to the Company (or its designee) on a timely basis (to facilitate the required website posting) and provide updated versions as necessary, in order to facilitate a continuous offering of the Portfolio Company’s securities and the Variable Contracts.

(i). ) The Fund and the Underwriter Lazard shall provide or make available the Summary ProspectusSummary_Prospectus, Statutory Prospectus, and SAI for the Portfolios to the Insurance Company (or its designee) on a timely basis (to facilitate the required website posting) and provide updated versions as necessary, in order to facilitate a continuous offering of the Portfolio Insurance Company’s securities and the Variable Contracts.

The Fund and the Underwriter Funds shall provide or make available to the Company the Summary Prospectus, Statutory Prospectus, and SAI for the Portfolios Funds to the Company (or its designee) on a timely basis as required by Rule 498 under the 1933 Act (to facilitate the required website posting) and provide updated versions as necessary, in order to facilitate a continuous offering of the Portfolio Company’s Funds’ securities and the Variable Contracts.

The Fund and the Underwriter (or its affiliates on its behalf) shall provide or make available the Summary Prospectus, Statutory Prospectus, and SAI for the Portfolios to the Company Society (or its designee) on a timely basis (to facilitate the required website posting) and provide updated versions as necessary, in order to facilitate a continuous offering of the Portfolio Company’s securities and the Variable Contracts.

The Fund and the Underwriter shall provide or make available the Summary Prospectus, Statutory Prospectus, and SAI for the Portfolios to the Company (or its designee) on a timely basis (to facilitate the required website posting) and provide updated versions any supplements and/or restated documents, as necessary, in order to facilitate a continuous offering of the Portfolio Company’s securities and the Variable Contracts.

(i). ) The Fund and the Underwriter Advisor shall provide or make available the Summary Prospectus, Statutory Prospectus, and SAI for the Portfolios to the Company (or its designee) on a timely basis (to facilitate the required website posting) and provide updated versions as necessary, in order to facilitate a continuous offering of the Portfolio Company’s securities and the Variable Contracts.
