DEACTIVATION OF CUSTOMERS. Upon termination of this Agreement and by no later than the end of the month succeeding the calendar month in which this Agreement has been terminated, SNI shall deactivate all ISP PPP accounts, thereby terminating an ISP customer's access to the Internet, and SNI shall be entitled to all payments from ISP in accordance with the terms of this Agreement up to and including the date of deactivation.
