Common use of De Minimis Plan Distributions Clause in Contracts

De Minimis Plan Distributions. No Plan Distribution of less than ten dollars ($10.00) need be made by the Disbursing Agent to the holder of any Claim unless a request therefor is made in writing to the Disbursing Agent. If no request is made as provided in the preceding sentence within ninety (90) days of the Effective Date, all such Plan Distributions shall revert to the Reorganized GSI Entities.
