Common use of De-Identification Clause in Contracts

De-Identification. FRANCHISEE agrees that after the termination or expiration of the Franchise he will immediately: 1. return to COMPANY all copies of the Operating Manual and other items or materials which have been loaned or furnished without charge by COMPANY; 2. take such action as may be required to cancel all fictitious or assumed name or equivalent registrations relating to his use of any Mark;
