Common use of DDAs Clause in Contracts

DDAs. Set forth on Schedule 5.18 are all of Obligors’ and their Subsidiaries’ Deposit Accounts and Securities Accounts as of the Closing Date (as updated from time to time by written notice from Administrative Borrower to Agent to reflect Deposit Accounts and Securities Accounts opened in accordance with the terms hereof), including, with respect to each bank or securities intermediary (i) the name and address of such Person, and (ii) the account numbers of the Deposit Accounts or Securities Accounts maintained with such Person.
