DDAs. Set forth on SCHEDULE 5.16 are all of the DDAs of each Borrower, including, with respect to each depository (a) the name and address of that depository and (b) the account numbers of the accounts maintained with such depository; provided, however, that as long as no Default or Event of Default has occurred and is continuing and as long as the Lender does not have a branch that is geographically convenient to a Borrower, such Borrower is allowed to maintain local DDAs for ▇▇▇▇▇ cash purposes with a financial institution other than the Lender as long as the funds in such DDAs never exceed $25,000.00 in the aggregate at any given time.
