DBE DESIGN – SUPPLEMENTAL TECHNICAL. INFORMATION. (A) Relation to Design Requirements. The Design Requirements, as provided in Section 4.7, shall form the basis of design for the Facilities, and all design work shall be completed in accordance therewith. The Supplemental Technical Information referenced in Appendix 5 is provided in order to establish in further detail (1) the manner in which the design work, as of the Contract Date, is reasonably expected to be developed and carried to full completion and (2) the standards of quality, integrity, durability and reliability to which the Facilities are to be constructed.
