Common use of DBE Commitment Schedule Clause in Contracts

DBE Commitment Schedule. We will attach a DBE commitment Form and supporting documentation, as described in Section 2.3.4 of Attachment 3-2, via the Department’s tracking system upon selection of DBE subcontractor. Progress of commitments towards goal attainment will be monitored as required in Attachment 3-2.
