DB Contract. CDOT will promptly provide the Concessionaire with a copy of all material communications and written information which it receives from the Phase 1 DB Contractor in relation to Sections 20 and 21 of the Phase 1 DB Contract and will provide the Concessionaire with an opportunity for consultation with CDOT prior to CDOT making any material reply.
