Days on Which Payment to be Made, Notice Given or Other Action Taken. If any date on which a payment is to be made, notice given or other action taken hereunder is a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday in the state in which the payment, notice or other action is to be made, given or taken, then such payment, notice or other action shall be made, given or taken on the next succeeding Business Day in such state, and in the case of any payment, no interest shall accrue for the delay.
