Common use of Day Work Hours Clause in Contracts

Day Work Hours. A standard work period worked between the hours of 06.00 and 18.00 hours. Local agreements between the employer and individual employees may be reached at each workplace on start and finish times within this span of hours. Such agreed changes will not constitute a flexible duty period(s).
