DAY FUNDS. BD is, and shall remain for the term of this Agreement, a member of, or a participant in, the Securities Depository (or an affiliate of such a member or participant).
DAY FUNDS. With respect to disbursements and payments in Dollars, immediately available funds, and (b) with respect to disbursements and payments in an Alternative Currency, same day or other funds as may be determined by the Agent or the L/C Issuer, as the case may be, to be customary in the place of disbursement or payment for the settlement of international banking transactions in the relevant Alternative Currency.
