DAY CURE. If Our Notice states that you must cure certain deficiencies of the BUSINESS or its operation as a condition to the grant of a successor franchise, we will give you written notice of a decision not to grant a successor franchise, based upon your failure to cure such deficiencies, not less than ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of this Agreement, provided, however, that we will not be required to give you such notice if we decide not to grant you a successor franchise due to your breach of this Agreement during the one hundred eighty (180) day period prior to its expiration.
