Dating. All Products supplied by Manufacturer shall, upon receipt by Distributor or its designee, have dating no less than [***] months prior to expiration (in the case of omeprazole/sodium bicarbonate capsules 40mg/1100mg and omeprazole/sodium bicarbonate powder for oral suspension 40mg/1680mg) and no less than [***] months prior to expiration (in the case of omeprazole/sodium bicarbonate capsules 20mg/1100mg and omeprazole/sodium bicarbonate powder for oral suspension 20mg/1680mg). Supply of any Products having shorter dating shall be subject to the written consent of Distributor, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
