DATE & TERM. 1.5.1 This Agreement will come into effect from 1 October 2022 with a nominal expiry date of 31 July 2025.
DATE & TERM. The effective date of this Order is the order/requested date of the Order and the term shall be the month(s) listed on the Order and shall be between September 3, 2019 and June 5, 2020 unless terminated earlier per terms and conditions below.
DATE & TERM. 4.1 This Agreement shall commence operation from the 7th day after the agreement is approved by the Fair Work Commission (FWC) and shall remain in force until 30 June 2025 and thereafter in accordance with the Fair Work Act 2009.
4.2 The parties agree that discussions shall commence for a new Agreement no later than 3 months prior to the expiry date of the Agreement.
