Date Payments Are Due. Except for payments to be made by Subtenant under this Sublease which are due upon demand, Subtenant shall pay to Sublandlord any amount for which Sublandlord renders a statement of account within thirty (30) days of Subtenant's receipt of Sublandlord's statement.
