Common use of Date of Admission Clause in Contracts

Date of Admission. If the foregoing information is not provided in full or is insufficient to ascertain the eligibility of the Claim under the Policy, then We/ Our TPA will request additional information or documentation in respect of that request. Once there is sufficient information to assess the eligibility of the Claim under the Policy, We/Our TPA will issue the authorisation letter specifying the sanctioned amount, any specific limitation on the Claim and non-payable items, if applicable, or reject the request for pre- authorisation specifying reasons for the rejection. In circumstances where We/Our TPA refuse the request for pre-authorisation as there is insufficient Base Annual Sum Insured there is insufficient information to determine the admissibility of the request for pre-authorisation, a claim for reimbursement may be submitted to Us in accordance with the procedure set out below and We will consider the Claim in accordance with the policy terms, conditions and exclusions.
