Date and Effectiveness. This contract shall become effective upon execution whereupon the parties’ obligations contained hereinabove shall be conclusive and binding upon all or the parties hereto and this contract shall no longer be considered executory.
Date and Effectiveness. The Project Agreement was entered into on 15 September 2017 and will become effective upon the delivery by the Contractor to the Contract Letting Party of a performance guarantee.
