DATACENTER LEASE Sample Clauses
A Datacenter Lease clause establishes the terms under which a party rents space, power, and related infrastructure within a datacenter facility. It typically outlines the specific area or rack space provided, the duration of the lease, service levels for power and cooling, and the responsibilities of both the lessor and lessee regarding maintenance and access. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of their obligations and the conditions of use, thereby minimizing disputes and ensuring reliable operation of critical IT equipment.
