Database Services. 9.2.8.9.1 Definition. Call related databases are defined as set forth in FCC Rule 51.319. Without limiting the foregoing it includes Call related Network Elements that provide the functionality for storage of, and access to, information required to route and complete a particular call. Call related databases include LIDB, CNAM, toll free number database, and AIN databases.

Database Services. Responsibilities Database Services responsibilities and/or requirements in support of this Agreement include: • Appropriate notification to Customer for all scheduled maintenance via the IST System Status Page - (xxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx). • The application owner, technical contacts, and other outage contacts, as defined on the IST Database Service’s Customer Contacts website, will be notified by email for planned maintenance and service outages. • Prod, Dev & QA are monitored Monday-Friday 8am-5pm excluding holidays and campus closures. During these hours, response time to a page is 15 minutes. • Production is monitored for outages 7x24 with 90 minute response time outside of the 8am-5pm window above.

Oracle databases are the de facto standard for large internet sites and enterprise applications and the UC system has a purchasing agreement with Oracle that offers substantial savings. Additionally, all primary business systems at UCD, including Banner, Kuali, and PPS, are currently hosted on Oracle platforms. As such, it is advantageous for information interchange and consolidation to utilize Oracle as the database services standard.

Our consulting services typically assist customers with limited resources or who lack Internet and technical expertise. Our consulting engagements typically range from a few hours to a few weeks depending on the complexity and volume of the services needed. We believe our consulting services will play an increasingly important role in supporting the implementation and maintenance of complex Web sites and Web-based applications. CUSTOMERS We have a large and diverse customer base ranging from Fortune 50 companies to small and medium size businesses that rely heavily on the Internet. Our customers are primarily located within the United States. We serve over 550 customers, covering most major industries. Our customer contracts typically range in duration from one to three years. Our customers include the following well-known companies:

Database Services. The start of the Database Service period coincides with the start date of this Agreement’s Term as defined in Section 2 and Bloomerang will begin processing your ACH or Credit Card within one (1) day of that date.
Database Services. The Database Service period will begin and eTapestry will issue an invoice: (i) if your Organization buys a custom data conversion from eTapestry, within 10 calendar days after your data is converted to eTapestry and placed on a test server for your review; (ii) if you are using the eTapestry 2Quick conversion service, within 15 calendar days after your online order is received by eTapestry; (iii) otherwise, within one (1) day after your online order is received by eTapestry. All service, telephone support and/or on-going maintenance (if a virtual license is chosen) are payable in advance for a three (3) month or a twelve (12) month period based upon your Organization’s choice of a quarterly or annual payment term for this Agreement. Quarterly payment periods require the properly completed and signed Credit Card Authorization form or Virtual Check Authorization from (both are attached). Training and/or consulting fees will be billed 100% in advance in order to secure your right to schedule classes or consulting.
