Database server availability. We strive for least 99.5% Database Server Availability. Database Server Availability is defined as the ability to receive a response from the database server. We will not monitor availability of individual databases but will monitor the server availability as a whole. Denial of service attacks or other types of attacks or events directed toward Our network of servers resulting in or contributing to downtime are outside of Our control and are not part of the availability calculation.
