Common use of Data Transport Clause in Contracts

Data Transport. When transporting HCA Confidential Information electronically, including via email, the data will be protected by: 7.6.8.5.1 Transporting the data within the (State Governmental Network) SGN or, if it is secure, Contractor’s internal network, or; 7.6.8.5.2 Encrypting any data that will be in transit outside the SGN or, if it is secure, Contractor’s internal network. This includes transit over the public Internet.
