Common use of Data Transmission Notification Clause in Contracts

Data Transmission Notification. Certain Products may transmit to the servers on which such Products are hosted, various information relating to how Customer and Authorized Users access and/or use such Products, including, but not limited to Statistical Data, as well as certain records that Customer has created while using the Products, including those that Customer did not otherwise transmit to the IRS. CCH SFS may use this information for purposes of improving, enhancing or further developing the Products, for internal quality assurance and software error checking, to assist users with multiple offices and as otherwise necessary or appropriate (as deemed in CCH SFS’s sole discretion) to perform its obligations pursuant to this Agreement
