Data Transfers. If Lenovo or its Subcontractors are located outside the EEA, Lenovo and Controller hereby execute the controller to processor standard contractual clauses as set out in MODULE TWO in the Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914 of 4 June 2021 on standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data to third countries pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council as amended or superseded from time to time (the "C2P Standard Contractual Clauses") and hereby incorporate them into this Addendum by reference.
