Common use of Data Transactions Systems Clause in Contracts

Data Transactions Systems. If Contractor intends to exchange electronic data transactions with Purchasing Entity in connection with claims or encounter data, eligibility or enrollment information, authorizations or other electronic transaction, Contractor shall execute an EDI Trading Partner Agreement with the State and shall comply with the State’s EDI Rules.

If Contractor intends to exchange electronic data transactions with Purchasing Entity Agency in connection with claims or encounter data, eligibility or enrollment information, authorizations or other electronic transaction, Contractor shall execute an EDI Trading Partner Agreement with the State Agency and shall comply with the State’s Agency EDI Rules.

If Contractor intends to exchange electronic data transactions with Purchasing Entity DAS PS or Authorized Purchaser in connection with claims or encounter data, eligibility or enrollment information, authorizations or other electronic transaction, Contractor shall execute an EDI Trading Partner Agreement with the State and shall comply with the State’s EDI Rules.

If Contractor intends to exchange electronic data transactions with Participating Entity or Purchasing Entity in connection with claims or encounter data, eligibility or enrollment information, authorizations or other electronic transaction, Contractor shall execute an EDI Trading Partner Agreement with the State Participating Entity or Purchasing Entity and shall comply with the State’s Participating Entity or Purchasing Entity EDI Rules.
