Data Submission. Contractor shall submit to the Department, in the form and manner prescribed by the Department, the data described in Sections 7.11.2.3, 7.11.2.4 and 7.11.2.5 within seven (7) months after the end of the Coverage Year. Encounter Data must be submitted as required under this Contract.
