Data Storage and Processing Facilities. You agree that, unless you configure your Account to only use our European or UK datacenter, we will, subject to Section 6.2, store and process Customer Data in the United States and any other countries we operate datacenters in. Upscope shall ensure that such transfers are made in compliance with applicable Privacy Laws and this DPA.
