Common use of Data Room Materials Clause in Contracts

Data Room Materials. The Company shall deliver or cause ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Corporation to deliver to Buyer, within 10 days after the date of this Agreement, CDs or substantially similar electronic copies of all of the materials posted to the electronic data room maintained by the Company at https:/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ on or prior to the time that this Agreement is executed by the parties hereto.
