Data Room Documents. Each of the documents, instruments, reports, certificates and other materials contained in the Data Room is a true, correct and complete copy of the original thereof (except with respect to any redacting), and the redacted portions of such materials do not contain any provisions which in the aggregate would materially and adversely affect the disclosed portion of such materials or the Business.
