Common use of Data Retrieval Clause in Contracts

Data Retrieval. Customer is solely responsible for deleting or retrieving Content from a Cloud Service prior to termination of the applicable Subscription and/or Customer’s Account for any reason. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Elastic may delete Content in accordance with Elastic’s Digital Millennium Copyright Act policy.
