Common use of Data Retrieval Clause in Contracts

Data Retrieval. On the Seller’s reasonable request, the Buyer shall provide the Seller with all the necessary data, as customarily compiled by the Buyer and pertaining to the operation of the Aircraft, to assist the Seller in making an efficient and coordinated survey of all reliability, maintenance, operational and cost data with a view to monitoring the efficient and cost effective operations of the Airbus fleet worldwide.

Data Retrieval. On the Seller’s reasonable request, the Buyer shall provide the Seller with all the necessary data, as customarily compiled by the Buyer and pertaining to the operation of the Aircraft, to assist the Seller in making an efficient and coordinated survey of all reliability, maintenance, operational and cost data with a view to monitoring the safety, availability and efficient and cost effective operations of the Airbus fleet worldwide.

On the Seller’s reasonable request, the Buyer shall will use reasonable efforts to require Operators to provide the Seller with all the necessary data, as customarily compiled by the Buyer and pertaining to the operation of the Aircraft, to assist the Seller in making an efficient and coordinated survey of all reliability, maintenance, operational and cost data with a view to monitoring the efficient and cost effective operations of the Airbus fleet worldwide.
