Common use of Data Retrieval Clause in Contracts

Data Retrieval. On the Seller's reasonable request, the Buyer may provide the Seller with data customarily compiled by the Buyer and pertaining to the operation of the Aircraft, to assist the Seller in making an efficient and coordinated survey of all reliability, maintenance, operational and cost data with a view to improving the safety, availability and operational costs of the Aircraft.
