Data Requirements from ARLINGTON. ARLINGTON shall provide the following data monthly to CUSTOMER. (1) Actual number and addresses of ARLINGTON accounts and associated flow feeding into CUSTOMER’s wastewater system. ARLINGTON shall provide to CUSTOMER information required to complete cost of service study as shown in Exhibit “D” for that portion of ARLINGTON’s system that flows into CUSTOMER’s system. The information will be provided with 14 days of ARLINGTON’s City Council approval of its comprehensive annual financial audit.
