DATA PURCHASE. On execution of this Agreement, Taisho shall purchase from Neurocrine rights to the Neurocrine CTX filing for NBI-6024 and all supporting data and information for use in exploitation of the Asian rights granted hereunder for a one-time payment of [XXX] and rights to the Neurocrine CTX filing for NBI-6024 and all supporting data and information for use in exploitation of the European rights granted hereunder for a one-time payment of [XXX]. The above payments shall be made within thirty (30) days of execution of this Agreement.

DATA PURCHASE. Immediately after you enter your pin code and connect to the Service, all uploaded and downloaded data transmitted using the Service will count towards your Data Purchase. If you use more data than the Data Purchase, the Service will cease to work beyond the amount of the Data Purchase, in which case you may proceed with a new Purchase for continuing the use of the Service. Upon completing a Data Purchase, you will automatically connect to the network and begin using data. You may turn off your Wi-Fi to prevent your device from automatically connecting to the Service. Each Data Purchase plan you buy will expire 30 days after the Data Purchase regardless of whether you have used all of the data under the applicable Data Purchase plan.

DATA PURCHASE. MDA hereby agrees to purchase from ORBIMAGE all the RADARSAT-2 Data that MDA is required to deliver under the CSA Contract. ORBIMAGE hereby agrees to cause such data to be delivered to MDA in a timely manner in accordance with the data delivery requirements under the CSA Contract. The purchase price for such data shall be C$217,585,529. MDA shall pay ORBIMAGE the purchase price in twenty-eight (28) equal installments over a period of seven years commencing ten days after the date the RADARSAT-2 satellite is commissioned (as defined in the CSA Contract) and payable on a quarterly basis thereafter. If the RADARSAT-2 system is declared a complete and total failure before all payments have been made under this Section 2, then the unpaid portion of the data purchase price shall become immediately due and payable.
