The Data Publishing clause governs how data generated or used under an agreement may be made publicly available or shared with third parties. Data Publishing. The process of and agreements for making data freely and universally available on the Internet.
Data Publishing. Each Platform Participant has the right to publish its own Submitted Data that it provided to the Platform, and the generated business intelligence (BI) reports and dashboards, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
